Robomarkets analyst Martin Utschneider stated that this consolidation is healthy, as both the long-term and medium-term uptrends remain intact, confirming an overall positive picture.

The 200-day line, which shows the long-term trend, is currently just above 24,573 points. Market activity is currently low, with only a few transactions a day, according to LSEG data. Trading volume has been lower than usual for two weeks, compared to previous weeks. Volatility in the DAX is at a low level not seen in a long time, with the VDAX, a measure of market nervousness, signaling little stress expected in the next 30 days from institutional investors.
