boAt FY26 Net Profit Rises 38% To ₹84.5 Crore, Marking Strong Growth In Annual Earnings

boAt, a consumer electronics brand, reported a 38% increase in its net profit after tax to Rs 84.5 crore for the financial year 2025-26. This marks a significant growth compared to the previous year's profit of Rs 61.1 crore. The company's revenue from operations reached Rs 2,931 crore in FY26.

Panasonic Life Solutions India's Chairman, Manish Sharma, has resigned after leading the appliance and consumer electronics product maker for over a decade. The wearables business turned profitable in FY26, recording a profit of around Rs 7 crore, in contrast to a loss of Rs 54 crore in FY25.

The year 2025-26 was a period of consolidation for boAt, as the company aimed to solidify its foundations while navigating a challenging external environment. As of FY26, the company had Rs 397 crore in cash reserves and zero bank debt. The positive trend was observed across the business, with emerging categories such as projectors, grooming, and charging solutions starting to show promising growth and profit potential.

boAt's CEO, Gaurav Nayyar, emphasized that the focus had shifted from turnaround to growth. With a stronger balance sheet, tighter operating discipline, and a healthy core business, the company was preparing for boAt 2.0. This new phase would see the brand's leadership in audio forward while developing additional growth engines across international markets and new consumer-tech categories, including projectors, grooming, and charging solutions.
