Advait Energy Wins ₹134.62-Crore MPPTCL Order, Project Covers High-Voltage Restoration Systems

Mumbai-based Advait Energy Transitions Limited recently secured a significant turnkey contract worth ₹134.62 crore from Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company Limited (MPPTCL), as per a regulatory filing dated August 25, 2026. The domestic order encompasses the design, manufacturing, and supply of Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS) for extra-high-voltage transmission lines, suitable for voltage classes of 400 kV, 220 kV, and 132 kV.

The systems will be supplied complete with all necessary accessories. The contract emerged from MPPTCL Tender No. TR-23/2025, awarded through the company's regular procurement process. Advait has stated that the project completion timeline is set at 18 months.

Emergency Restoration Systems are temporary transmission structures deployed to restore electricity networks following damage to towers or lines. These systems enable utilities to resume power transmission while concurrently addressing permanent repair or reconstruction tasks. The recent order bolsters Advait's standing in the power transmission infrastructure sector and provides the company with a substantial domestic project to execute over the ensuing year and a half.

The project's scope spans the entire lifecycle, from design through to manufacturing and final supply, making it an end-to-end assignment.

The contract details were disclosed by Advait under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The company confirmed that the order-awarding authority is a domestic entity. Moreover, Advait clarified that neither its promoters nor their respective group companies hold any interest in MPPTCL. Consequently, the transaction does not fall within the related-party framework, as per the regulatory filing.

This latest contract further strengthens Advait Energy Transitions' executable order pipeline, which is expected to enhance revenue visibility throughout the stipulated 18-month delivery period. The successful execution of the project will be pivotal, given the specialized engineering requirements associated with the three voltage classes and the comprehensive nature of the ERS packages, including accessories, to be supplied under the contract.
