SCP Standard Capital Partners to acquire two defense tech firms

Munich-based investment firm SCP Standard Capital Partners AG announced on Tuesday its plan to acquire two defense technology companies, Vanea Technologies GmbH and Nocturne Technologies GmbH. According to a press release, SCP will purchase these firms by issuing new shares and using cash, with the purchase price for Vanea estimated in the low six-figure range and Nocturne in the high six-figure range.

Both acquisitions will be funded through capital increases, utilizing SCP's Authorized Capital 2026. Following the acquisitions, SCP aims to shift its focus towards developing technology for autonomous defense solutions. The company plans to propose a name change to VANEA AG and amend its corporate purpose at an extraordinary general meeting expected before the end of November 2026.
