Pernia’s Pop Up Shop Files RHP, Increases IPO Size To ₹680 Cr

Pernia's Pop Up Shop's parent company, Purple Style Labs, has filed for a fresh issue-only initial public offering (IPO) with a size of ₹680 Cr, an increase of ₹20 Cr from the originally proposed size. The IPO is set to open for subscriptions on Monday, August 31, and close on Wednesday, September 2. Anchor bidding for the IPO will take place on August 28. The IPO will consist solely of a new issue of shares worth up to ₹680 Cr and will not include an offer for sale component.

Purple Style Labs filed its draft IPO papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in September 2025 and received regulatory approval to proceed with the IPO in January. Since then, the company has raised ₹162 Cr in debt across multiple tranches. Of the fresh capital raised, ₹371.1 Cr will be allocated to fund lease liabilities for Pernia's Pop Up Store's experience center networks.

The company operates 12 experience centers and 2 back-end offices nationwide. An additional ₹138.9 Cr will be used to cover sales and marketing expenses through fiscal year FY30. The remaining funds will be utilized for general corporate purposes.
