This feature allows users to record meetings and lectures directly from their calendar events, then organize the resulting notes, transcripts, and typed notes into a single document linked to the corresponding event. This integration aims to streamline the process of capturing and organizing important meetings and lectures for both students and professionals.

When users connect their calendar, a meeting recording begins as soon as they tap on the event, with a note ready for input. Upon conclusion of the meeting, Notability combines the call's transcript and any typed notes taken during the meeting into one comprehensive note. This means students can capture critical lectures on various subjects without missing any important details, while professionals can engage in strategy meetings and review their notes later to ensure they haven't missed anything crucial.

Unlike other meeting recording solutions that require a bot to join the call, Notability's new workflow captures system audio directly from the computer.
