Nakilat holds EGM for shareholders
<p>Doha, Qatar: Qatar Gas Transport Company Ltd. (Nakilat) held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) yesterday via videoconference after reaching legal quorum, and all items on the agenda were endorsed during the EGM.</p> <p>The shareholders at the EGM also approved all proposed amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association, as published on the Company’s website on July 28, 2026.</p>
