Mijia By Xiaomi Launches Smart Air Purifier 6 & Air Purifier 4 Compact In India, Priced Starting At ₹7,999

Xiaomi has launched its Mijia by Xiaomi brand in India with the introduction of the Smart Air Purifier 6 and Smart Air Purifier 4 Compact, alongside a revived Smart Air Purifier 4 Lite. The new air purifiers are set to launch on September 2, with prices ranging from Rs. 7,999 to Rs. 19,999.

The Smart Air Purifier 6, priced at Rs. 19,999, is tailored for spaces up to 940 sq ft. It boasts a five-stage filtration system and is SGS and ITS allergen removal certified. The purifier features a colour display showing PM2.5 and PM1 levels, as well as temperature and humidity, and operates quietly at 32.1dB in Sleep Mode. It can be controlled via the Xiaomi Home app and integrates with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

The Smart Air Purifier 4 Compact is priced at Rs. 7,999, making it a more budget-friendly option for spaces of 400 sq ft and above. It employs a 3-in-1 filtration system capable of capturing 99.97 percent of particles as small as 0.3 microns. This model has also received TUV Rheinland Allergy Care Certification and operates at 20dB in Sleep Mode, with its display automatically turning off in this mode.

The reintroduced Smart Air Purifier 4 Lite, priced at Rs. 12,999, is designed for rooms ranging from 269 to 463 sq ft. This model delivers a particle CADR of 360 m(3)/h through a three-layer filtration system and also holds TUV Rheinland Allergy Care Certification. Like its compact counterpart, it runs at 33.4dB in Night Mode.

Sandeep Singh Arora, Xiaomi India's Chief Business Officer, commented on the launch, stating that it aligns with the company's goal of addressing everyday consumer needs, and hints at further expansions in the smart home sector. The three air purifiers will be available on various platforms, including mi.com, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Xiaomi Retail, and Xiaomi Exclusive stores.
