Haiwaan trailer: Saif Ali Khan is blinded by Akshay Kumar’s mind games. Watch

The trailer of Priyadarshan's remake of the 2016 Malayalam film Oppam, titled Haiwaan, features Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan in lead roles. The trailer showcases Akshay as a psychotic killer and Saif as a blind martial artist. While the teaser hinted at their backstories, the full trailer reveals their complex relationship. Akshay's character goes on a killing spree, even targeting a blind cop named Saif, who suspects someone is following him due to the persistent presence of a specific jeep.

Despite being beaten and arrested, Akshay taunts Saif, stating that being blind is worse than being stupid. The trailer concludes with Akshay mocking Saif by pretending to be blind. Haiwaan reunites Akshay and Saif on screen after their 2008 film Tashan and marks the return of Priyadarshan to work with Akshay and Saif after their 1990s collaborations. The film, a remake of Priyadarshan's Malayalam hit, is set to release on September 11.
