KUALA LUMPUR — Nestled within a minimalist space in Taman Overseas Union, the All Time Roasting Company is a newcomer to KL's vibrant café and specialty coffee scene. With its cobalt blue shutters and terracotta toned tiles, the shop draws both neighbourhood residents and coffee connoisseurs. The establishment boasts a clutter-free setup with a roastery on one side and the coffee bar on the other.

Upon entering, patrons are treated to a range of options, from filter coffee to milk coffee. A pour-over coffee recommendation, the Ethiopia Cup of Excellence #21 from Arbegona Woreda, offers a vibrant bouquet of zesty bergamot, crisp green apple, and delicate lemongrass.

The menu also features an adventurous choice, the Thailand Srima Mango. This light roast coffee undergoes an experimental double-stage anaerobic fermentation with fresh mango, which imparts a juicy, tropical flavor. The coffee is dried using the honey process, leaving behind a touch of the fruit's sticky mucilage for added sweetness. Brewed as a pour-over coffee, the result is a delightful cup with a low acidity and smooth body.
