EPL: ‘We don’t want errors’ – Leboeuf warns Alonso over big issue at Chelsea

Former Chelsea goalkeeper Frank Leboeuf has called on the club to replace Robert Sanchez immediately, citing his poor performance during the team's 3-2 Premier League victory against Fulham. The Spanish goalkeeper's errors became a key point of discussion after Morgan Rogers, Cole Palmer, and Joao Pedro scored for Chelsea in a strong start to the season.

Leboeuf criticized the defense for feeling unstable due to a lack of confidence in Sanchez, emphasizing that when a goalkeeper lacks the support of experienced players like Barthez, their performance suffers. He noted that Sanchez's mistake during the second goal, where Colwill should have headed the ball, highlights his vulnerability.

Leboeuf stated, "We have known him for some time, and he is prone to errors." The former player urged Xabi Alonso to find a replacement immediately, as the issue has persisted over time. Leboeuf expressed, "We do not want to see this any longer." If Chelsea decides to stick with Sanchez, they will have an opportunity to rectify his mistakes when they face Luton Town in the second round of the EFL Cup on Thursday.
