Demirović snubs Galatasaray in favour of VfB Stuttgart stay

Ermedin Demirović, the 28-year-old striker, has decided to stay with VfB Stuttgart instead of joining Galatasaray, according to Sky Germany's sources. The Bosnian player is reportedly content with his current team and feels a strong connection to the club and city. This positive sentiment was further reinforced by head coach Sebastian Hoeneß's public support for Demirović.

Stuttgart has been made aware of Demirović's decision, even though negotiations with Turkish giants Galatasaray continued until the very end. The German club had offered a potential transfer fee of up to €20million, with €2million in bonuses, but they were unable to secure a swift agreement. Demirović, however, was seeking clarity about his future and has now made a definitive choice.

The striker has demonstrated his potential and skill over the past two years, and his admiration for the club is evident in his decision to remain at Stuttgart. Although Dzenan Pejčinović joined the team recently, Demirović remains confident in his abilities and the opportunities available within his current club.
