BPSC exam row: Chaotic scenes unfold in Patna as protesting students clash with cops

In Patna, Bihar, a massive protest erupted over alleged irregularities in the 70th BPSC examination on Tuesday. Students clashed with police as heavy security measures were put in place to prevent them from marching. The government claimed to have addressed most of the students' demands, but many continued their agitation, claiming several long-standing issues remained unresolved.

The protest brought attention to delays in recruitment exams, the proposed format of the Teacher Recruitment Examination-4 (TRE-4), alleged paper leaks, and the need for greater transparency in Bihar's recruitment system.
