For over two decades, Siti and Lee, two women in their 50s who have lived next door to each other in Jurong for 23 years, shared a deep friendship. When Siti decided to move out after selling her family home, the emotional goodbye was captured by Siti's property agent, Gina Khazali, on TikTok. Both women were seen crying and hugging each other, with Gina admitting she was emotional as well. The farewell included a group photo with their families and farewell cakes. Gina, a property agent for six years, emphasized that selling a home encompasses more than just paperwork and transactions; it involves the loss of years of memories and relationships.
