VIDEO: Yinka Quadri weeps as Ogogo is buried in Ogun

Nollywood actors Yinka Quadri, Jide Kosoko, and Toyosi Adesanya have journeyed to Ilaro, Ogun State, for the burial of veteran actor Taiwo Hassan, known as Ogogo. The actors were in the late actor's hometown ahead of the burial ceremony scheduled for the same day. Other attendees included Ireti Osayemi and Bisi Omo Logbalogba, who are expected to join in the Janazah prayers.

Actor Bola Oyin-Adejobi also paid condolences on social media, offering prayers for the deceased's soul to attain Al-Jannah Firdaus. Ogogo's death occurred at 3pm on Sunday at the age of 66, following a battle with stage-four cancer. His remains were transported to Ilaro from Lagos, where a lying-in-state ceremony was held earlier in the day.

The burial ceremony will take place at the Pavillon, Ilaro, Ogun State, at 11am on Monday. The Ilaro Muslim Community also announced the burial prayer for Ogogo, urging Almighty Allah to grant him eternal rest and strength to the family and friends of the late actor.
