Ukraine Strikes Russian Rocket Propellant Plant in Rostov Region
Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the state-owned Kombinat Kamensky plant in Russia's Rostov region overnight on Aug. 23-24, sparking a fire, Ukraine's General Staff reported. The facility produces solid rocket propellant for Uragan, Smerch and Tornado-S multiple rocket launcher systems, as well as other missile and air-launched weapons.
