Nakilat EGM approves Articles of Association amendments

Qatar Gas Transport Company, also known as Nakilat, recently concluded its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) via videoconference. Shareholders were present in sufficient numbers to meet the legal requirement for the meeting. The agenda was approved in full by the attendees.

Among the items on the agenda was the approval of proposed amendments to Nakilat's Articles of Association. These amendments were previously published on the company's website on July 28, 2026. They are part of Nakilat's continuous efforts to refine its corporate governance structure and ensure its governing documents remain up-to-date, in line with legal requirements and the company's changing business needs. The shareholders all endorsed these changes during the meeting.
