Ministry launches KDMP internship for 90 cooperative administrators

Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) has introduced the "Zad Al-Mubtaath" programme for scholarship students, preparing them for their studies abroad during the 2026-2027 academic year. /

Organized by the Scholarships Department, this five-day event took place from August 23 to 27 at the Ministry's headquarters. A team of academics and specialists guided scholarship candidates in acquiring essential knowledge and skills for their overseas educational journey. /

The curriculum spans a variety of critical areas, including religious and ethical awareness, psychological and social well-being, financial management, security, and academic preparation. The program aims to help students seamlessly adapt to new educational and cultural environments, fostering responsible representation of Qatar abroad. /

Noura Mohammed Al Ansari, Director of the Scholarships Department, praised the participants and emphasized the program's crucial role in their scholarship journey. She underscored the Ministry's dedication to equipping scholarship students with the necessary skills for academic success and cultural integration in their host countries. Al Ansari affirmed that "Zad Al-Mubtaath" aligns with the Ministry's vision of empowering students to serve as distinguished ambassadors of Qatar in international academic settings. /

Throughout the program, sessions alternated between male and female students to ensure equal participation. Participants engaged in discussions, Q&A sessions, and meetings with prominent academic and cultural figures, such as a meeting with the British Cultural Attaché and a presentation by a model student. These experiences aimed to inspire and guide the participants in their academic endeavors. /

The Scholarships Department noted that the program is part of the Ministry's strategy to support scholarship students and provide them with practical experience that improves their academic performance and smoothens their integration into new communities. This initiative signifies a step towards preparing a generation capable of engaging positively and confidently with diverse educational and cultural environments while representing Qatar abroad.
