MBA/MMS CAP Round 3 Allotment List Announced As 4,454 Students Secure Seats In Maharashtra Colleges

Mumbai: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has unveiled the third allotment list for MBA/MMS courses in management colleges across the state for the academic year 2026-27, allotting seats to 4,454 students. Over 12,800 students submitted their preferences for the third Centralized Admission Process (CAP) round.

Out of these, 4,454 students have been granted seats based on their preference order, while 4,714 students have been allotted one of their first six preferences. These admissions are marked as "Auto Freeze," requiring students to accept the allotted college or face disqualification from the fourth CAP round. The CET Cell evaluated the preferences submitted by the 12,817 students within the deadline for preparing the third CAP allotment list.

The third round saw 11,923 seats available, with 31,537 students securing admissions in the first and second CAP rounds and 5,747 students through betterment. Students allotted colleges in the third round must report to their respective institutes between August 25 and August 27 and fulfill the necessary formalities to confirm their admission.
