Innovo Group partners with Dubai PropTech Hub to accelerate construction innovation

Dubai: Dubai PropTech Hub and Innovo Group have forged a strategic partnership to accelerate construction innovation across the UAE and the Global South. The Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony took place at DIFC, marking the alliance between the leading financial hub in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) and the prominent construction company.

DIFC, home to the region's first PropTech innovation hub, aims to support over 200 PropTech start-ups and attract $300 million in investment by 2030. Innovo Group, renowned for its extensive portfolio of live projects, will leverage the partnership to advance its vision of embedding innovation in the design, engineering, and delivery of the built environment.

By combining its expertise with Dubai PropTech Hub's capabilities, Innovo will help identify, test, and scale innovative solutions that improve cost efficiency, speed, and delivery certainty. With around 9.2 percent contributing to the UAE's GDP, the construction sector is a crucial pillar of the national economy, and Dubai PropTech Hub's PropTech 2033 report highlights its significance.

As part of the DIFC Innovation Hub, the Dubai PropTech Hub provides resources such as customized licensing options, physical workspaces, and support programs to accelerate innovation from concept to commercialisation. Innovo's access to live projects will enable start-ups to validate solutions in a real-world setting, ensuring stronger productivity, safety, quality, and delivery certainty.

With 50% of participants in the inaugural Global Landing Pad programme focusing on pre-construction and construction, Innovo's involvement will strengthen Dubai PropTech Hub's impact on the Global South, where future urbanization and construction growth are anticipated.
