I Have Never Cheated Before – Tiwa Savage

Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has spoken candidly about her stance on infidelity in relationships during a podcast interview. The award-winning musician revealed that she has never left a partner due to their infidelity, and emphasized that she has also never cheated herself. "I never cheated in my relationships and I never left anyone for cheating," she declared.

According to Savage, other transgressions such as stealing and drug abuse are more likely to prompt her to end a relationship. She explained that she has previously parted ways with partners over such behaviors, but some of these exes later returned and apologized, leading her to give them another chance. "Some men stole from me indirectly. I would leave, then they would come and apologise and I would take them back," she recalled.

However, when it came to infidelity, Savage maintained her firm stance. She recounted a specific instance when a partner cheated on her, but she chose to forgive him. Despite her decision to remain in the relationship, the man ultimately ended things. "A guy once cheated on me. I forgave him, but he still left me because I don’t see cheating as a reason to break up," she added.
