Congress leader calls for inquiry into misconduct of official’s driver

Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee vice-president Kolanukonda Sivaji has called for an inquiry into the misconduct of an official’s driver in Visakhapatnam. The incident involved the driver of an official from the Transport Department allegedly assaulting and injuring a driver from another State. The allegation was captured on video and has since gone viral on social media.

Congress leader Kolanukonda Sivaji expressed serious concern over the incident, stating that it brought disrepute to the Transport Department and required immediate and strict action. He requested Transport Minister Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy to suspend the Brake Inspector involved and direct authorities to register criminal cases against the driver and take strict legal action.
