Ceigall India JV Wins ₹705 Crore Road Project, MoRTH Awards Frontier Highway Contract In Arunachal Pradesh

Mumbai: Ceigall India Limited, in partnership with Sushee Infra & Mining Limited, has been awarded a Rs 704.70-crore road project in Arunachal Pradesh by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. The contract, valued without including Goods and Services Tax, pertains to the construction of the Lada-Sarli section of National Highway 913, also known as the Frontier Highway.

The joint venture, where Ceigall India holds a 74% stake and Sushee Infra & Mining 26%, will develop the 82.4-kilometre stretch from kilometre 85.60 to kilometre 168.00. The project will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model, involving engineering, procuring required materials, and completing construction.

Ceigall India has been granted 48 months to complete the construction work, and it is responsible for maintaining the road for five years post-completion. The company disclosed the development to the BSE and National Stock Exchange on August 24, 2026, with its shares listed under the NSE symbol "CEIGALL" and BSE scrip code 544223.

Ceigall India confirmed that the contract was awarded by a domestic government entity and that its promoters, promoter group, and group companies have no interest in the awarding authority, ruling out related-party transactions as per the exchange filing. The project is part of the Frontier Highway network in Arunachal Pradesh, aimed at enhancing transport links to remote and strategically important areas of the state.
