To help newcomers navigate the bustling city, Sifted conducted interviews with locals to uncover the prime spots where they can connect with fellow founders, operators, and investors.

One such hub is Matrikel1, a coworking space, community hub, and cafe situated in the heart of the city center. With ample sunlight and the potential for a day pass or prolonged desk work, it often serves as a gathering point for the startup community, hosting TechBBQ side events within its walls.

Located in the Meatpacking District, this area continues to serve as a thriving hub for startups, co-working spaces, bars, and cafes. Apart from Prolog, known for its exceptional pour-over coffee, the district boasts an inviting atmosphere. Juno bakery, a local favorite, is renowned for its cardamom buns and can be found alongside Prolog Coffee Bar, where customers can enjoy its pastries.

Brygge, Copenhagen's former industrial harbor, has undergone significant transformation in recent years.
