The event also includes a prerace show and military aircraft flyovers, similar to other Trump-organized festivities such as a UFC fight, fireworks displays, and a state fair. The IndyCar race is organized by Roger Penske, a close friend of Trump, who contributed significantly to the event's planning and execution.
