Togo's government says it has "serious and consistent evidence" against two French documentary filmmakers detained since July on charges of making false statements. Gaël Mocaër and Sebastian Perez Pezzani were arrested along with their Togolese fixer, Fred Vedomey, and have denied wrongdoing.
