The Batman: Part 2 Set Videos Show Batmobile Clashing With Gotham Police
Set videos from The Batman: Part 2 reveal the Batmobile in high-speed clashes with Gotham City Police and SWAT units on the Glasgow set.
Recent videos captured on the set of The Batman: Part 2 reveal a high-stakes encounter between the Batmobile and Gotham City police. Footage shows the Batmobile performing daring stunts on artificial snow-covered streets, with Gotham Police Department vehicles in hot pursuit. The Gotham City Police Department (GCPD) can be seen encircling the Batmobile, while SWAT officers open fire at point-blank range. In one instance, a SWAT vehicle is depicted ramming the Batmobile.
These dramatic scenes on set have fueled speculation about the deteriorating relationship between Batman and the GCPD. Director Matt Reeves' previous film portrayed a collaborative effort between the Caped Crusader and Lieutenant Jim Gordon. However, the recent events suggest a growing conflict. Batman's actions appear to have pushed him towards the status of an outlaw in Gotham's eyes.
The story raises questions about whether Batman has been framed or if his actions have gone too far, prompting Gotham's authorities to take drastic measures. Fans are divided on whether Batman's methods have been excessive or if they were necessary to maintain order in the city.
