Splash brothers want another shot at beauty products

The Splash brothers, Alfonso Iñigo and Alexone Rolando Hortaleza, are returning to the personal care and beauty industry after their family sold the personal care products manufacturer Splash Corp. in 2019. Both Alfonso, president of Prime Global Finance Corp., and Alexone, president and COO of Prime Global Corp., have experience in the industry and are excited to bring their expertise back to the table.

They plan to focus on exfoliants and cosmetics, with Alexone's company, Hortaleza Global Corp., set to launch a new beauty brand by the end of September. The Hortaleza Group, led by Alexone, is also expanding into the food business with the recent opening of a new P600-million facility in Bulacan, which will increase production capacity from 600,000 bottles per month to 1.2 million.

Meanwhile, Alfonso is exploring new avenues in the financial services sector, including a unique pawn business and innovative financing products for SMEs and entrepreneurs. The siblings are embracing technology to drive growth and continue their family's legacy in personal care, beauty, and food industries.
