Israeli army arrests 13 Palestinians as occupiers escalate attacks in West Bank

The Israeli army conducted 13 arrests in the West Bank on Sunday, including a child, in response to escalating attacks. These raids occurred in various locations, such as Osarin, Bethlehem, Qalqilya, Tulkarem, and Ramallah. In Osarin, a residential room was burned, a vehicle partially burned, and racist slogans spray-painted. In Bethlehem, irrigation pipes, trees, and Palestinian property were damaged.

In Qalqilya and Tulkarem, six and five Palestinians were arrested respectively after home searches. In Ramallah, the western entrance to al-Mughayyir village was closed, preventing entry or exit. Additionally, the army subjected some Palestinians to field interrogations and fired tear gas at vehicles. Since the beginning of Israel's war on Gaza Strip in October 2023, the West Bank has experienced an increase in occupier attacks and Israeli military operations, raising concerns among Palestinians and the international community about the consequences of this ongoing escalation.
