Hurzeler hails Brighton man’s ‘step forward’ after his side demolish Aston Villa

Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler praised the "unique" style of midfielder Jack Hinshelwood following Brighton's 4-0 victory over Aston Villa. The 20-year-old scored twice, impressing Hurzeler with his ability to create danger in the opposition box without needing many touches on the ball. Hurzeler explained, "Overall, I think in his style, how he interprets the role, that's just unique, because he's not that guy who needs that many ball touches to create the danger in an opponent's box."

He also commended Hinshelwood's work rate, stating he has taken another step forward since pre-season. "That's why he's always there, he's very intense against the ball, he made another step during pre-season, therefore I'm quite happy with him and hopefully he can continue like this," Hurzeler added.
