Dr. Mehmet Oz suggests Medicare savings could come from increased of technology, including AI

Dr. Mehmet Oz, the administrator of the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services, told "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that amid projections from the Medicare Trustees Project that Medicare will be insolvent in seven years, "taking the fraud of Medicare" will help extend its solvency as well as savings from technology. "Fifty percent of doctors today use artificial intelligence," he added.
