CJP Pressure Forces Shift Of Rampura Government School Students As Rajasthan Announces ₹12,500 Crore Education Transformation Plan

Jaipur, Rajasthan - The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has successfully pressured the government into relocating students from Government Primary School Rampura, a dilapidated structure near Jaipur. Following this, construction of a new school building will commence on September 1st, 2026. Simultaneously, the Rajasthan government has unveiled a comprehensive three-year education transformation plan, allocating approximately ₹12,500 crore.

This roadmap aims to overhaul the infrastructure of government schools, making them safe, well-equipped, and modern learning centers. Roughly ₹2,487.75 crore is earmarked for constructing 3,587 new schools, while ₹8,378.30 crore will go towards building 83,783 new classrooms. Additionally, ₹1,129.45 crore will be spent on repairing 22,589 schools, and ₹340.40 crore will be spent on constructing 13,616 new toilet complexes.

The state government has already approved ₹18 lakh for the new school building, with further funding allocated from the DMFT and MLA funds. CJP spokesperson Rekha Sharma welcomed the move, urging the government to address the country's 3,000 dilapidated schools and ensure quality education for all children. However, she demanded swift action over the alleged attackers on CJP workers during the recent violence in Rampura village, emphasizing the need for arrest and strict action against those involved.
