Zelenskyy: Ukrainian sanctions on long-haul trucking continue to limit Russia's military, economic potential

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy revealed that his country's sanctions against long-haul trucking continue to constrain Russia's military and economic capabilities, making the ongoing conflict more apparent to the invading nation. The President shared the news on his Telegram account.

In the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces targeted a number of strategic sites in Russia. The Novokuibyshevsk oil refinery, situated 1,000 kilometers from the frontline, was hit, causing significant financial damage to the aggressor's military operations due to lost exports. Additionally, a logistics hub in the Samara region was struck.

Ukrainian operations were also conducted in the Black Sea. The President confirmed the destruction of an Su-24M aircraft and four pieces of equipment at the Saki airfield in Crimea. In the Bryansk region of Russia, relay stations that control drones, used by the occupiers to direct UAVs towards Ukrainian cities and villages, were neutralized.
