The investigation centered on alleged massive-scale money laundering, with Iryna Mudra, the former vice chief of Kyiv's Presidential Office, at the center of the allegations. President Volodymyr Zelensky relieved Mudra of her duties a few hours later, without providing a specific reason. Mudra confirmed the morning of searches via Facebook, stating she was cooperating with authorities and had submitted her resignation.
