Martin Wragge, a South African property developer, is the enigmatic force behind some of Cape Town's most iconic developments, including Century City, Canal Walk Shopping Centre, and Ratanga Junction. Despite his significant impact, little is widely known about the man who transformed swampland into thriving mixed-use hubs, faced immense challenges, and ultimately reshaped the city's landscape.
