Postecoglou praises Al-Nassr players for handling fixture pressure

Despite the fatigue, the Australian manager expressed satisfaction with his team's performance in their recent victory over Al-Riyadh. Postecoglou acknowledged that his squad was not performing at their peak physical condition compared to their usual level, but still managed to deliver a commendable level of play.

He highlighted the difference between domestic and continental competitions, explaining that Al-Nassr's match came after league games, allowing the players to be more prepared. This contrasts with Al-Riyadh's coach Mauricio Dulac, who emphasized the need for focus in high-pressure matches. The Brazilian coach admitted that his team struggled in the first half against Al-Nassr, but showed improvement in the second half, showcasing their footballing identity.

Dulac attributed the main issue to a lack of focus, stating that he addressed this concern with his players during training sessions.
