Where next for Chelsea's Delap and can he bounce back?
Chelsea striker Liam Delap has been made available for sale just a year into his Stamford Bridge career. Where will he go and can he bounce back?
Chelsea striker Liam Delap, 23, was allowed to leave the club just 14 months after joining from Ipswich Town for £30m. Despite scoring just once in the league last season, Delap has been deemed surplus to requirements, with interest from Nottingham Forest and Leeds. However, his £50m asking price is viewed as too high, leading to limited interest. Defenders Benoit Badiashile and Axel Disasi are also leaving on loan, with Chelsea aiming to reduce their squad size to around 25 players.
