Trump’s White House Blasts Rosie O’Donnell After ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ Hosting Run: A ‘Nasty Woman’ and ‘Total Slob’

Following the White House's characterization of Rosie O'Donnell as "nasty" in response to her jokes on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," the comedian launched into a scathing monologue that ended her tenure as a guest host. During her farewell remarks on Thursday night, O'Donnell addressed the White House's remarks, introducing herself as "Nasty" Rosie O'Donnell.

"I've really enjoyed my time here," she told the studio audience, "thanks to everyone who's been watching this week, especially the hungry, hungry hypocrite in the White House," referring to President Donald Trump. She quipped, "Kind of weird to think he spent more nights with me this week than Melania [Trump]." O'Donnell also thanked Jimmy Kimmel for his invitation, reminding everyone of their right to free speech.

She turned her focus to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the Secretary of Health and Human Services, speculating that cases of COVID were surging nationwide. "But don't worry, people, because our fate is in the hands of the Secretary of Health and Human Sacrifice, Robert F. Kennedy," she joked. She then mocked Kennedy as a "strange man" and criticized him for pulling over during a road trip to cut the penis off a dead raccoon.

O'Donnell concluded her monologue with a parody of "Danny Boy," titled "Donnie Boy." "I would like to close my final monologue here with a traditional Irish song dedicated to a very special boy," she said before singing, "Oh, Donnie boy, it's Rosie, Rosie calling from Hollywood, the Jimmy Kimmel Show. Drop that Big Mac that we all know you're holding." The White House did not immediately respond to TheWrap's request for comment.
