Telangana Shocker: 33-Year-Old Woman's Body Found Stuffed In Bag Inside Car Boot, Probe Underway

On Friday, August 21, the body of a 33-year-old woman was discovered inside a bag in the boot of a parked car in Telangana’s Hanamkonda district, according to police. The Elkathurthy police station is handling the investigation. Local residents noticed an unusual odor emanating from the vehicle, which had remained parked on the roadside for nearly two days before the discovery was made.

Upon being alerted by villagers around 8 am, police arrived at the scene and conducted a search of the car. Inside the boot, they found the woman’s body concealed within a bag. The deceased was identified as Manasa. Her body was subsequently transported to a government hospital for a post-mortem examination, which is anticipated to reveal details about her death.

Initial inquiries suggest that the car's owner, Surender Reddy, had rented it out to a software employee named Vinod. Police are currently exploring the potential link between the vehicle’s owner, the individual who rented the car, and the deceased. A video purportedly depicting the body inside the car boot has been circulated on social media.

Further investigation is currently being conducted to determine the circumstances surrounding Manasa’s body being placed inside the vehicle and to ascertain whether foul play was involved.
