Teams monitoring Luka Doncic situation in case things ‘go sideways’ with Lakers

Various teams are keeping a close eye on the situation involving Luka Doncic potentially leaving the Los Angeles Lakers, as per reports from McMahon. Despite Doncic's positive remarks about the Lakers since signing his extension, teams are wary and assessing the potential for a mid-season trade, according to Brian Windhorst. Luka Doncic and his teammates participated in a two-hour workout at Stozice Arena, led by Lakers assistant coach Greg St. Jean, who has prior experience working with Slovenian basketball teams.

During this workout, tensions arose between Doncic and Lakers star Victor Kuminga, with Doncic reportedly engaging in trash talk that Kuminga found offensive.
