A woman was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a muffin laced with a劇物, or a toxic substance, was eaten by a person. The arrested woman told police that "I did not intend to kill." The incident occurred on October 1st. The suspect is a 41-year-old woman. The victim is a 37-year-old woman. The suspect allegedly put a toxic substance into a muffin and gave it to the victim. The victim then ate the muffin and became ill. The suspect and the victim apparently knew each other. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
