Aiman Athirah Sabu, the Women's Leader of Amanah, emphasized that a uniform distribution of constituency funds should be the result of consensus among all parties within the unity government. This reform must be achieved through dialogue and mutual understanding among the various parties constituting the government. The commitment to constituency funding should be tangible through the Community Development Fund (CDF), one aspect of the spirit of reform funded by Pakatan Harapan (PH).

The reality of today's governance needs to be understood; the current government is a unity government formed by various parties with diverse political backgrounds, historical struggles, and differing manifestos. Therefore, a significant national reform cannot be carried out unilaterally; it requires dialogue, understanding, and agreement among all partners in the government.
