Pensioners can now obtain the PoLC digitally through the convenient PakID mobile application, or at over 5,000 e-Sahulat franchises, 988 NADRA Registration Centers, and 500 Union Councils nationwide. For those with limited mobility, the PoLC is also available via NADRA's Mobile Registration Vans, bike services, and man-pack registration services.
