IGN Entertainment brings Women In Gaming networking event to Gamescom

IGN Entertainment is organizing a Women in Gaming networking breakfast at Gamescom on the morning of August 26th. Supported by GamesIndustry.biz, the event will be held at the Dorint Hotel am Heumarkt in Cologne from 8:30-10:30 AM. Attendees will enjoy a curated Gaming Trends presentation and have the chance to network with women and allies in the industry, aiming to build lasting relationships throughout the Gamescom week and beyond.

Tickets are free, but limited and can be requested through a specified link. This event builds upon the success of IGN Live's WIG events in Los Angeles in June and London in April, which featured presentations and panels led by female industry leaders from companies like Xbox, EA, CD Projekt Red, Sony, and IO Interactive. Discussions covered topics such as creating successful brand partnerships and career longevity for women in leadership roles.
