IBA Karachi to Soon Open Campus in Islamabad

The Institute of Business Administration in Karachi is set to open a new campus in Islamabad, according to a recent announcement. This development comes as part of a partnership between IBA Karachi and DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi. The project's primary objective is to broaden access to higher education opportunities in the region. The groundbreaking ceremony, attended by IBA Karachi's Executive Director Dr. S. Akbar Zaidi, the administrator of DHA Islamabad, and officials from the education sector, marked a significant step forward for Pakistan's education sector.

Dr. Zaidi highlighted that the new campus would not only provide students from Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the northern areas with access to high-quality education but also prepare the future leaders of the nation. The Islamabad campus will boast modern academic facilities, research laboratories, a comprehensive library, an auditorium, sports amenities, and residential accommodations for students.

Dr. Zaidi emphasized that the campus will bolster IBA's mission of fostering knowledge, research, and practical impact, while also establishing new avenues for collaboration between academic institutions and industry. He further suggested that the project could potentially become a major epicenter of higher education in the region.
