Ex-official gets suspended sentence in Chernyshov graft case
Vasyl Volodin, former state secretary of Ukraine's Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure, has entered into a plea agreement. Ukraine's High Anti-Corruption Court (HACCU) approved the deal and handed the former official a suspended sentence, according to a verdict dated Aug. 17, published in Ukraine's Unified State Register of Court Decisions.
