Celtic closing in on £7m deal to sign highly-rated Bosnian midfielder

Celtic are on the verge of securing a £7 million deal to sign 21-year-old Bosnian midfielder Ermin Mahmic. The highly-regarded player, who impressed at the FIFA World Cup, is expected to join the Scottish champions at the beginning of the week. While several Serie A, Bundesliga, and Turkish clubs have also shown interest in Mahmic, Celtic seems to have emerged victorious in the race to sign him. The deal includes add-ons, with the midfielder likely to become the fifth signing of the summer.
