BLACKPINK's Jennie Teases 'Fallen Angel' EP Out Next Week
BLACKPINK's Jennie is set to release her new digital EP "Fallen Angel" next week, featuring three tracks and visual teases exploring personal themes.
BLACKPINK member Jennie is gearing up for her solo return with a new digital EP titled Fallen Angel, set to drop on August 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. KST. Management agency OA (ODDATELIER) revealed the album's cover art and official trailer video on August 21, showcasing Jennie in a fairy-tale style on a white dress amidst floral backgrounds.
The three-track mini-album includes the lead single, Fallen Angel, alongside tracks HEAVEN and the pre-released single Less than a Lover. OA described the record as an intimate release, expressing Jennie's purest self, calling it a personal gift to her fans. The lead single, Less Than a Lover, has already gained commercial traction, climbing to No. 49 on South Korea's Melon Top 100 chart.
Jennie's solo efforts, including Mantra and Like JENNIE, have maintained steady chart positions since her previous album, Ruby. The EP comes after Jennie's series of international festival appearances, including her recent performance at Summer Sonic 2026 and a historic headline set at Lollapalooza Chicago on August 1.
