A dinner that's also a play at Michelin-starred Nouri, where chef Ivan Brehm turns actor as you eat

Restaurant Nouri and Checkpoint Theatre have collaborated to create a unique fusion of fine dining and theatre, called "A Matter Of Taste." The 10-course, three-hour experience follows chef Ivan Brehm's personal journey through each course. Brehm, who holds a Michelin star, relives key moments in his culinary career while diners enjoy specially chosen soundtracks.

The play, which runs until August 30, is described as a new, boundary-breaking concept that blends theatre and fine dining in an intimate setting. The collaboration demonstrates Brehm and Checkpoint Theatre's commitment to multi-modal artistic expression, exploring how food can be both technical craftsmanship and a form of art.
