3 injured after donkey jumps into a van, kicking and biting, in northern Germany

Three individuals were injured in northern Germany after a runaway donkey leapt into their van, kicking and biting them, along with a fourth woman who attempted to restrain the wild equine. The incident occurred south of Cuxhaven, near the coastal city of Cuxhaven. The animal's owner eventually intervened to secure the situation.

Passersby noticed the donkey, named Freddy, and a horse running loose at a roundabout in Holssel. The motorists attempted to secure the donkey, but it became very aggressive and jumped into their vehicle. The 33-year-old woman who tried to assist sustained injuries requiring hospital treatment, while the motorists sustained minor injuries. The reason for the donkey's aggressive reaction remains unknown.
